STORIES FROM THE STREET:

Jesus never asks His followers to do what He did not do Himself. I am always compelled by the fact that He came to be with us before telling us to go. It is a privilege to come alongside my friends at Club Nathan. As much as I pray for godly fruit in the children's lives, I praise God for how much I am blessed through them. The greatest blessing is to experience firsthand that love is never bound by skin color (I am Korean-American). Instead, it is built through remembering names, eye contacts, laughter, hugs, meals, and genuine conversations over time. It's so easy to overlook the moments. I probably miss more than I capture them. Thank God that He is the one who makes things grow (Mark 4:26-27). Praise God for every moment, whether recognized by me or not, that bridges the space between children, me, and the King of kings!
